T I R E L L I for the moment only ships within Australia. All orders are free if purchase is over $50.00. For orders under $50 a shipping fee of $10:00

Delivery can take up to five days, but T I R E L L I will endeavor to deliver it to you as soon as possible. Goods will be delivered on business days. If order is placed on the weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day

A secure delivery address is recommended, as Parcel Post is not considered registered post. Lost or stolen postage is not covered by insurance and

RETURNS

Please contact us immediately via email: sales@tirelli.com.au to confirm if your return is eligible for an exchange or refund.

You will receive a Return Authorisation number (RA number) from the online team.

Write your RA Number on the return form together with the item you wish to exchange. Please include style number, colour and size and if it is available. We will hold your exchange item until your return is received otherwise tick the Credit Note or Refund Box

All items must be in original condition with swing tickets attached and returned within 10 days of purchase.

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

All returns should be sent registered post or express post as T I R E L L I does not take responsibility for loss of items returned to:

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect described item T I R E L L I will cover all packaging and postage costs.

For change of mind returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer on the Return Form. The item from the original order will have to first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will then be processed.

REFUND

If your refund for your online order has been authorised, it will be processed once your return has been received. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received

FAULTY ITEMS

For faulty or incorrect items T I R E L L I reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny return or exchange of goods if we do not see them to be damaged or in the case of exchange, if they are not returned in resalable condition
